Triple Wall Pipe Dual Wall Pipe Gravel less PolyCap Non-Perforated Knife-Cut Filter-Wrapped Pinhole Leach & Muck Tubing Staggered 8-Slot Single Wall Tubing Products   Baughman Tile Co. is manufacturing a patented custom-made tool for applying PolyCap® fast and easy.  PolyCap® use has grown immensely since it was first applied to a fence-top years ago, but our customers asked for easier installation.  We have answered by introducing the PolyCap® tool.  Put the tool into one end of the tubing, walk along the fence, and let the tool expand the PolyCap® while the applying pressure to the top of the tubing snapping it onto the fence.  Tie down with ties approximately every 10 feet.
